Alta high students should be careful as we are seeing recent events unfold with Operation Epic Fury, which is the strike on Iran. This recent event has shaken the people of the United States, but also can affect places in Utah. Students who are attending big places like Salt Lake City, people who are assumed to be working with Iran or who are wanting to cause harm. 

According to the Texas Government regarding an incident with a man named Ndiaga Diagne, “Authorities say he killed 3 people, two who died during the initial shooting and another who died on Monday, and wounded 13.” This disturbance of peace in Texas has shocked the people living there, PBS news verified this with their source from AP news. 

Another attack was found today as well in New York City with an improvised explosive device or IED, two people throwing these bombs into a crowd of far-right protesters. These stories and attacks on U.S soil is a scary thing for students from freshmen to seniors, this shows a grave reality that comes from that of the fighting within and outside the United States.
