Literary Magazine announces Plume Award Flash Fiction Contest

The Euphony Creative Writing Magazine has announced this year’s Plume Award fall contest and this year’s theme, ‘The Girl Next Door.”
It’s “flash” fiction so stories are super short, 250 words maximum.
All stories are due October 23, in room 2216 (Mrs. Defriez’s room).
First place award is $50 and second place gets $25.
This contest has been going for several years and is a fun way for students to be involved and show off creative writing skills. “I love that our silent literary geniuses get recognized for their creative talent,” Mrs. Defriez said. “I also love that a wide audience gets to enjoy what these artists have to offer.”
