The 1999 movie 10 Things I Hate About You is a classic. I would rate it a 10/10 because the story line alone is is something that goes deeper than just a movie. It is connected to history.  It may not be new but it keeps the attention of so many, even re-watchers. If you have not seen it, put it next on your list!

In the movie there is 2 sisters who aren’t allowed to date anyone. One of them really wants to but the other does not. A new guy shows up and has a crush on the girl who wants to date so he hires a guy to take out her sister. The story is based on one of Shakespeare’s plays call the Taming of the Shrew. This is about two sisters (like the movie), one of which cannot date until the older sister is married. Suitors try to find someone who can tame her older sister enough that they will marry. That way they can have Bianca (the younger sister). In conclusion, the movie is very well made and is very entertaining to most audiences.  Next time you watch it, you can create your own list of 10 things you love about this movie.
