The boys and girls basketball state quarter finals were on Monday of last week at The U.The boys team played against the Bountiful Redhawks on Monday morning and the girls played against Fremont Monday night. Both the girls and the boys did not make it to the semi finals but they did play well and hard, putting up a fight with these teams. There were many supporters from Alta high school who came to watch. The final score for the boys was 58-44 with Bountiful taking the win. The girls final score was 56-41 with Fremont taking the win. Overall, Alta had a great season this year and we are so proud of our basketball players! Go hawks!
