As the Alta Seniors soar into March, Graduation is within sight. With this approaching date comes many events and deadlines in these last three months of the school year. It can be stressful, but with the due dates and deadlines below, Alta Seniors will be able to soothe those nerves.
Deadlines and due dates for Honor Cords, Awards, and caps and gowns:
- Hawk Medallions on April 11
- Cord application on April 17
- Academic Letter admission also on April 17
- Cap and gown pickup on April 24.
(Make sure to order them ASAP if you haven’t already.)
The next set of dates is for Senior Events.
“My favorite events for seniors are Senior Sunset and Graduation,” says Connor Brimhall, an Alta Senior, when asked what event he was most excited for.
The events for seniors to look out for are:
- Prom March 29
- The Senior Assembly April 22
- Senior Week May 12-16
- Senior Sunset May 12
- Dinner Dance May 14
- Graduation Rehearsal May 28
- Graduation May 29.
Rowan Denney was asked what about Alta she would miss most. “The theater program,” she says, continuing with “You meet so many fun people and have great bonding experiences with people you barely know but get to know amazingly well.”
