If you aren’t a baseball player or fan of the MLB, the 2025 season has just barley come to an end and the finals were a roller-coaster at the least. For your base information the playoffs in the MLB is called the world series and was held between the Toronto Blue jays of the National League and the L.A dodgers of the American League. The two teams had to battle the whole season to move on to the playoffs and once they did that they had to get to the finals. They had four rounds of match ups and they had to win each series to move on to the finals. Once they made it to the final match up they started in Toronto with the Blue jays winning the 1st 11-4 but the dodgers won the 2nd 5-1 the dodgers also won the 3rd but not until after 18 innings ending in the longest world series game ever, the 4th game was won by the Blue jays which tied the series up by winning 6-2 the 5th game was won by the Blue jays 6-1 taking the lead before the Dodgers tied it up by winning 3-1 before the series finally came to an end with the Dodgers winning in overtime with a home run in the 11th inning. All in all the series ended after a roller-coaster of up and down games and seemed to last forever especially after the 18 inning record setting game. This series was an interesting one to say the least and makes me and hopefully you more excited for the next MLB season starting in March. Now the Dodgers are back to back champions and the Blue jays still haven’t won since 1998 who knows what the MLB holds in the future.
